BIA Will Award 3 Builders With Medal of Honor

Three building industry leaders--Richard J. Flamson of Security Pacific Corp., William Lyon of the William Lyon Co. and Ronald E. Birtcher of Birtcher Development--will be honored Tuesday at the Bonaventure Hotel.

They will receive the 1988 Medal of Honor of the Building Industry Assn. of Southern California.

Past medal recipients include Kenneth Leventhal, Randall E. Presley, Leighton B. Tuck, Ray Watt, Ernest W. Hahn, Raymond D. Edwards, John D. Lusk and Ralph Lewis.
