Auto Centers Planned in La Habra, Santa Fe Springs

Cardinal Development Co. of Newport Beach has announced plans to develop automotive retail centers in La Habra and Santa Fe Springs. The company’s flagship facility, the $6-million Bristol Autoplex, is nearing completion in Costa Mesa.

The $3-million Rosecrans Autoplex will be located on Rosecrans Boulevard at Valley View Avenue in Santa Fe Springs, with ground breaking for the 24,000-square-foot center scheduled for this spring.

The La Habra project, the Imperial Autoplex, will be located on Imperial Highway at Leslie St. Costs associated with the 35,000-square-foot development are estimated at $4.5 million.

Plans for all three centers call for a diverse automotive-oriented tenant base that will feature auto parts and tire stores, car phone and stereo installation facilities and tune-up and lube vendors.
