Linda Ellerbee, formerly of “NBC News Overnight” and ABC News’ “Our World,” reports that work is under way in New York on the pilot of her new syndicated series, tentatively called “And So It Goes.” Ellerbee says her weeknight series may go on the air as early as September. The pilot of the show will be ready in May, says Ellerbee, who describes the series as “a cross between ‘Overnight,’ ‘Prairie Home Companion,’ and ‘That Was the Week That Was.’ ”
