T&P; Custom Marketing Inc., an Anaheim-based marketer of fruit and fruit juice, has been sold by privately held Impact Group Inc. in Anaheim to food industry giant Wilson Foods in Oklahoma City. T&P;, which had 1987 revenues of about $5 million, buys fruit from packers and sells it to food processors such as Del Monte and Sunkist, according to Lorraine Hiday, who has been T&P;’s president since 1970. Hiday said she and the firm’s 19 other employees expect to stay with the company, which was founded in 1956. “I’m delighted by the sale,” Hiday said. She said that becoming part of Wilson will increase her company’s financial strength. Impact Group, a holding company owned by Albert Bonugli, also has sold Pafco Importing Co. a Burlingame-based importer of canned seafood, to Wilson, a food supplier and meat packager that reported 1987 sales of more than $1.5 billion. Sale prices were not disclosed.
