Young Saints to Honor Its Artistic Director

The board of directors of the Young Saints Scholarship Foundation Inc. will hold a tribute to its artistic director and chief instructor, Lisa Freeman Roberts, on May 14. Titled “A 21-Year Salute,” the event will honor Roberts’ 21 years of service to the Young Saints, a youth program that offers free training in the performing arts and telecommunications.

The tribute will be held at the Barnsdall Gallery Theater, 4804 Hollywood Blvd., at 8 p.m. Admission is free, but donations will be accepted. Information: call (213) 734-5379.
