Most of the 1,344 motorists who have received speeding citations in Pasadena as the result of having been caught in the alleged act by a new-fangled machine apparently plan to pay up or go to traffic school. Ten of them, however, have decided to fight. The first challenges are scheduled to start today in Pasadena Municipal Court.
