David Longbine, general manager of MainPlace/Santa Ana, has been named western retail area manager for JMB Property Management Co. In the new post, Longbine will oversee operations at the company’s six properties in California, Colorado and New Mexico. Longbine will continue to be responsible for MainPlace.
