Chula Vista
Fighting erupted again at the County Jail in Chula Vista when the inmates of module 4B were allowed out of their cells at 9 p.m. Sunday, police said. The fracas involved two rival street gangs and was not related to a riot earlier in the day, said Sgt. Bob Takeshta of the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department.
Stephen L. Walker, 18, received several puncture wounds during the fight with broken broom handles, police said.
