Commercial Scene : Pasadena Financial Center Sold to Dean Witter Realty

New York-based Dean Witter Realty has purchased the nine-story, 147,000-square-foot Pasadena Financial Center from a group of private Southland investors for $30 million.

The six-year-old center is 92% leased. Dean Witter represented itself in the transaction and Wells Fargo Realty represented the sellers.
