Inmates Go on Rampage at Pennsylvania Prison

HUNTINGDON, Pa. —
Inmates went on a rampage in one cellblock of the State Correctional Institution, and at least 29 staff members and 19 prisoners were injured. The incident began Monday night when an undetermined number of prisoners refused to return to their cells after dinner, officials said.
