Saddleback Hires Noji as Assistant
Gene Noji, former Woodbridge High School football coach, will become an assistant at Saddleback College, the school announced Monday.
Noji, who coached at Woodbridge for nine seasons, had a record of 48-39-1, including winning a Southern Section title in 1987. Noji, who will remain a teacher at Woodbridge, will coach Saddleback’s offensive backfield.
“I look forward to this new challenge,” Noji said. “Saddleback is a desirable play to work and play football.”
