Playwright Wins: British playwright Lucy Gannon on Monday won the 12th annual Susan Smith Blackburn Prize for the top English-speaking theater piece written by a woman. Gannon won the $5,000 award in London for “Keeping Tom Nice,” which focuses on the care of a severely handicapped 25-year-old.
