Fox, CBS Lineups: The comedy series “Babes,” about three hefty sisters, and “Parker Lewis Can’t Lose,” about a high school student, were among new shows favored Monday for Fox TV’s 1990-91 schedule, according to sources. CBS and Fox will formally release their new lineups today. CBS will bring back “Murder, She Wrote” despite its ratings decline, as well as core shows of its comedy lineup, including “Major Dad,” “Murphy Brown” and “Designing Women,” network sources said.
