Milken Memo to Be Disclosed: U.S. District Judge Kimba M. Wood in New York ruled that a 200-page pre-sentencing memorandum filed by federal prosecutors should be made public. The document, which contains allegations of many crimes in addition to the six to which Michael Milken pleaded guilty, probably will be released today. The memo will be edited, however, to exclude material about pending investigations. The former Drexel Burnham Lambert junk bond chief is due to be sentenced Monday.
