U.S. Soldier Kills GI

GRAFENWOEHR, Germany —
An American soldier opened fire with an automatic rifle in a military dining hall, shooting and killing one soldier, wounding another, then seriously wounding himself, officials said Wednesday. The names of all three American soldiers were withheld pending notification of relatives.
