OLIVER STONE
I loved the article, I loved the movie, and I love and admire Oliver Stone. I am 22 years old, and 10 years ago Jim Morrison inspired me to create, use my mind and experience new things and people. Of course he had died 10 years before, but because of the Rolling Stone cover story, I was able to discover the Doors and their music. Now, thanks to Stone, millions of people can discover, and let themselves be inspired by, Morrison and the Doors.
A movie never put me in a hypnotic state like “The Doors” did. I thought it was very true to all the biographies and articles I have read about Jim Morrison and the Doors.
