A Quick Hook: The syndicated talk show “Johnny B . . . on the Loose” is being cut loose by its distributor, Viacom Enterprises, just three weeks after its debut. It has been airing on 109 stations. Locally, KCOP Channel 13 introduced the show July 8 in the 4-5 p.m. time slot, but soon moved it to 12:30 a.m. when it failed to deliver suitable ratings. The last original show is scheduled for Aug. 2, with reruns being offered until Sept. 20.
