Developer IDM Halting Dividends: The company that developed the landmark World Trade Center in downtown Long Beach will halt dividend payments temporarily to about 15,000 investors. In a letter to be mailed Monday to investors, IDM Corp. said payments will cease while it sells properties, restructures debt, cuts expenses, suspends construction on some projects and takes other steps to dig itself out of the real estate recession.
