The Region : Freeway Project OKd
The California Transportation Commission has approved a $564,000 project to make improvements on the Pomona Freeway in Monterey Park, Rosemead and Montebello.
The work, which will begin in November and end in early 1992, will include the rebuilding of 1 1/2 miles of the “fast” lanes in both directions between the Markland Drive underpass and the San Gabriel Boulevard overpass.
