Comings and Goings: Early morning news is out and Bugs Bunny is in at KCAL-TV Channel 9, which is dropping its 6 a.m. weekday news effective Monday and replacing it with cartoons. The nearly 2-year-old newscast finished with less than a 1 rating in the November sweeps. . . . Meanwhile, Kate Sullivan is leaving as co-anchor of the station’s 10 p.m. news, heading back East to get married. . . . And, on the heels of getting big ratings during a Thanksgiving Day marathon, “The Addams Family” will join KCAL’s regular lineup Monday. The vintage 1960s show will air weekdays at 5 p.m. and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m.
