Emulex Corp: The Costa Mesa-based manufacturer of computer storage and network products said Wednesday that it signed two deals to market products made by other companies.

Emulex said it will sell a line of storage systems that use optical disk technology from Alphatronix Inc. in Research Triangle Park, N.C. The systems can be attached to most business computers, including those made by Digital Equipment Corp., Sun Microsystems, International Business Machines Corp. and Apple Computer Inc.

Emulex will also sell a data storage system that can be quickly detached and transported to another computer. The system is made by MDB Systems Inc. in Orange.
