Dornan Plight Fails to Win Sympathy Vote

Share

Bob Dornan has taken a year to decide that he must bring action against United Airlines for its treatment of him last April. They wanted him to bring his chair to an upright position at takeoff time, and he couldn’t because of his recent hip-replacement surgery.

He already received “a fair hearing” because after the incident there was a great deal of press coverage that should have sufficed to assuage even his overblown ego.

“You can’t put a price on a man’s reputation,” Dornan stated. But that is exactly what he intends to do. Such frivolous litigation as this is one of the premier reasons that our country is in such great economic throes.
