STILL ON TOP: For the fifth consecutive year, Irvine’s Fluor Daniel Inc. is listed as the top 1991 engineering and construction company in the U.S., according to Engineering News-Record magazine. Fluor Daniel, with $21 billion in contracts--nearly one-fourth of it foreign--was $3 billion ahead of anyone else. . . . Despite the recession, that’s an 18% jump over its 1990 figures.
