San Diego : Delon Jurors Ask to Review Testimony

After only one hour of deliberations, jurors in the murder trial of Kimberly Delon asked Thursday morning to review the testimony given by the first witness in the case, an acquaintance of Delon’s who was the first to hear her story of stabbing her husband to death and burying him in the garden.

With Delon and all the attorneys in the case present, a court reporter read the testimony of Eugene Schwartz, a San Diego tree trimmer whom Delon called almost 1 1/2 days after she killed 34-year-old Bernard Delon early on the of Aug. 31.
