RONALD’S HOUSE: The debate rages over the size and cost of Orange County’s new federal courthouse--to be built at the Santa Ana Civic Center. But there isn’t much dispute over its name. . . . A House subcommittee on Wednesday unanimously approved legislation sponsored by Rep. Christopher Cox (R-Newport Beach) to name it the Ronald Reagan Federal Building. . . . Cox, who served in the Reagan White House, says it’s one way “that Californians can say thanks to Reagan for over 30 years of public service.”
