Presidential Candidate Debates
Suddenly, I realize why the audience posed better questions to the presidential candidates at the Oct. 15 debate than the panel of journalists did, lack of professional background notwithstanding. The audience members were freer to speak honestly since none of them had any reasonable expectations of having to deal with any of the candidates in a professional manner in the future. What a refreshing difference!
