Dwight McFadden, USC’s starting tailback, is scheduled to meet with City Attorney representatives in a hearing Dec. 29 to determine whether charges should be filed against him. McFadden was arrested Oct. 19 for allegedly brandishing a paint gun at a homeless person after he and friends refused to give the man money.
