Pacific Bank has named Norman E. Dean chairman and chief executive, replacing Norman C. Eckersley, who will become chairman emeritus.
Dean, 49, was most recently chairman and chief executive of Nestle Beverage Co., a unit of Nestle, and has been a member of the San Francisco bank’s board since December, 1991.
Eckersley, 71, will remain on the board.
