Syncor International Sells 8 Home-Infusion Sites

Syncor International Inc., a Chatsworth-based operator of specialty pharmaceutical centers, has tentatively agreed to sell its eight remaining home-infusion sites to National Medical Care’s Home Care Division Inc.

Syncor announced in February that it would divest its home-infusion sites so it can concentrate on its core business.

The home-infusion sites--offices that provide personnel and medicine to take care of people at home--business represented 6% of Syncor’s total revenue. The sale price was not disclosed.
