Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. said its second-quarter net income is expected to be in the $130- to $140-million range, compared to $106.9 million a year earlier. . . . Investment Company Institute reported that the assets of the nation’s 640 retail money market mutual funds decreased by $1.38 billion to $389.36 billion in the week ended June 23.
