WARSAW : Making the Rounds

Yeltsin is schedule to fly today to Warsaw, where he plans to sign agreements with President Lech Walesa. On Thursday, he’ll stop in Prague for talks with President Vaclav Havel.

Yeltsin has said that independent Russia can’t be expected to apologize for acts of the former Soviet Union.
