Restaurant Smoking
* Our property rights are continually being taken away by those we elect.
Recently it became illegal to smoke in Los Angeles restaurants. With this law we lose another right. Many will say that it should be illegal to smoke in these public places. They say it is a public health risk. Restaurants are not public places. They are private eating houses.
When we lose our property rights we are in real trouble. Let’s quit electing these social engineering lawmakers. If these lawmakers think they can run private companies better than the private sector, they are mistaken.
