Steve McCleave has been appointed catering sales manager of the Westin South Coast Plaza hotel in Costa Mesa. He was previously director of restaurants. McCleave has also managed restaurants, nightclubs and room service at the Westin La Paloma Resort in Tucson and the Westin Tabor Center in Denver.
