Gore to Attend Signing of GATT in Morocco

WASHINGTON —
Vice President Al Gore will travel to Morocco this week to stress the importance of environmental concerns in future trade talks as nations sign the world’s biggest trade agreement.
Arriving Thursday, Gore will address ministers representing the 120-nation General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade.
Gore will also meet with King Hassan II in Marrakech.
