Santa Ana to Cut Some Walk-In Services at City Hall
SANTA ANA —
City Hall will curtail some walk-in services by an hour a day beginning next Monday, offering them from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, instead of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Activities to be affected include cashier services for payment of municipal utility bills, parking citations and dog licenses, and the taking of business license applications. All other City Hall services will continue to be offered from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m.
City staff members will continue to answer the phones beginning at 8 a.m.
