Reba Dillon has been appointed regional manager for Newport Beach-based Pacific Gulf Properties Inc.’s Texas apartment operations. In her new position, Dillon will assist in bringing the management of the Texas apartment portfolio in-house. She was formerly district manager and property manager with Lexford Properties in Houston. She also has held property management positions with Trammell Crow Co. and Dinerstein Management Co., both in Texas.
