Annette Selinger Morris; County Legal Secretary
Annette Selinger Morris, a longtime legal secretary for the Ventura County counsel’s office, has died. She was 70.
Morris, whose career with the county spanned 25 years, died Saturday at Ventura County Medical Center.
Born in Pasadena, Morris moved to the county in 1968. Two years later, she joined the county work force.
Morris, who resided in Ventura until her death, is survived by sons Stephen Morris of Ventura, Richard Morris of France and daughter, Theresa Morris of Raleigh, N.C.
A memorial service has been scheduled for Tuesday morning at Ted Mayr Funeral Home in Ventura.
