UCI to Face Huskies in Tennis Regional

The UC Irvine men’s tennis team will play Washington in the NCAA regionals Friday at UCLA. Irvine (12-10) is the fifth-seeded team in the regional; Washington is seeded fourth.

Also in the regional are Cal, Nevada Las Vegas, San Diego and Arizona. Matches are scheduled Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The winner of each of four regionals will advance to the NCAA championships in Athens, Ga.
