Sports Center Seems Like a Winning Idea

* As a member of the San Buenaventura Chamber of Commerce’s governmental review and political action committee, I have had the opportunity to review the various projects that are before the City Council. I have come to the conclusion that the Centerplex Sports Center project will benefit the citizens of Buenaventura far more than the other projects that the City Council has yet to approve.

Along with the proposed mall expansion and downtown theater project, our city can move securely into the future.

This is a “win-win” situation that will not arise in the future. Let’s get this done for the good of the city and the people, particularly the children, which it serves.
