PLO Chief’s Wife Gives Birth to a Girl

JERUSALEM —
Suha Tawil, the wife of PLO leader Yasser Arafat, gave birth to a baby girl Monday in Paris, PLO officials said.
Officials said the baby, the couple’s first child, was named Zahwa, after the Palestine Liberation Organization leader’s mother.
