Fluor Daniel: The Irvine company, a subsidiary of Fluor Corp., and Mobile Systems International have formed a new company to provide radio frequency and network engineering services for wireless systems in North, South and Central America. The new company, Wireless Engineering Services Group, will be based in Dallas.
