Cytocare Inc.: Shareholders on Thursday approved a new chief executive and name change for the Aliso Viejo maker of medical devices. David Radlinski, 50, becomes chairman and chief executive, succeeding Errol G. Payne, 57, a founding scientist who says he’s leaving to start another company. Shareholders also approved a change to Medstone International Inc., the company’s original name.
