Feeling pressured? Need a little extra time to get grateful? Here is a sampling of places that do Thanksgiving meals to go. We’ve listed deadlines for ordering, because in most cases, it’s first come, first served. The early bird . . . well, you know.

Torrance’s Aioli restaurant offers a 20-pound turkey with rosemary, thyme and tarragon rub; rosemary and garlic baste or apricot and thyme glaze for $40. There is also a large range of fixings (stuffings, mashed potatoes, vegetables and relishes) for $4 per 6-ounce portion with a minimum of four items per order. Desserts (pumpkin and pecan pie, cheesecake and tiramisu) will feed six and cost between $15 and $28 each. Dinners must be ordered 72 hours in advance and picked up no later than 3 p.m. Thanksgiving Day. Aioli also delivers in the South Bay.

The Bristol Farms turkey dinner includes corn bread, herbed or traditional dressing, giblet gravy, choice of vegetables from an extensive list and cranberry chutney. Cost is $23 per person and there is a 10-person minimum. Also available: turkey only for $7 per person with a 10-person minimum. Order by Monday and pick up by Nov. 23 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Homer Burnett says he’s on a mission from God . . . “with the talent he bestowed upon me.” That talent is cooking. Burnett’s Barbeque offers 12-pound smoked turkeys for $36 and 20-pound smoked turkeys for $45. Corn bread stuffing is $1.75 a serving; gravy is $3 a pint. Pecan pies are $9 and sweet potato pies are $8, serving 6 to 8 people. An apple or peach cobbler is $16.50 and will feed 10 to 12. Order by Monday, with a 50% deposit, and pick up between 2 and 6 p.m on Wednesday.

The Clay Oven is an Indian restaurant that’s offering an 8- to 10-pound tandoori turkey, skinned and stuffed with basmati rice, vegetables and nuts. Cranberry chutney also. Serves four to six for $30. Order by Tuesday and pick up Wednesday between 11:30 a.m. and 10 p.m.

At the Daily Grill, roasted turkey comes with stuffing with seasoning and herbs, mashed potatoes and gravy, baked praline yams, creamed spinach, applesauce, cranberry sauce and fresh fruit cobbler or bread pudding with whiskey sauce. The dinners are $22 per person with a four-person minimum. Dinners must be ordered 72 hours in advance and picked up between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.

Farmers Market stores are selling a roasted free-range turkey, gravy, cranberry relish, corn bread stuffing, mashed potatoes, vegetable medley, apple-crumb or pumpkin pie and a bottle of Martinelli’s sparkling cider. Serves six to seven people for $90, or 12 to 14 people for $170. Order 72 hours in advance, pick up on Thanksgiving Day between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m.

The traditional Thanksgiving feast from Wild Oats includes a 10- to 12-pound roasted turkey, one quart of turkey or vegan gravy, two quarts of bread or wild rice stuffing, one pint of orange cranberry relish or cranberry sauce and a pumpkin pie (either traditional or fruit juice-sweetened). The cost is $60. There is also a “wild and wonderful feast” that includes all of the above, plus one quart of mashed potatoes, one quart maple-pecan yams and one quart green beans amandine for $83.
