Sylmar : College to Host Technology Forum
Mission College will host a conference for small and mid-size manufacturers seeking to use technology to increase their profits.
Speakers will include Thomas Houlihan, a White House fellow with the Office of Science and Technology Policy; David Braunstein, chief executive officer of the California Manufacturing Technology Center, and Rep. Howard Berman (D-Panorama City.)
The program, “New Factory America: Increasing Your Bottom Line,” will take place from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday in the college’s campus center, 13356 Eldridge Ave., Sylmar. Registration is $25.
The conference is co-sponsored by the college and the Hawthorne-based California Technology Manufacturing Center.
