U.S. Facilities Corp.: The Costa Mesa insurance company said net income rose 31%, to $3.8 million, or 64 cents a share, from $2.9 million, or 52 cents a share, reported for the corresponding prior-year period. Revenue grew 10%, to $38.9 million, from $35.5 million.
