BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA : U.N. Says Serb Threatened Forces

Malko Koroman, the police chief in the Bosnian Serb capital of Pale, has threatened to harm NATO-led troops and U.N. police if Western forces try to arrest Serbian leaders Radovan Karadzic and Gen. Ratko Mladic, who have been indicted on war crimes charges, the United Nations said. Spokesman Alexander Ivanko said there was concern about last week’s threat in light of recent Serbian violence against the international police, including the bombing of a patrol car Friday.
