O.C. Credit Union Contracts for Mortgages
SANTA ANA —
Orange County Federal Credit Union said Friday that it has signed a contract with EMB Corp. and its EMB Mortgage affiliate to originate home loans.
“It is our intention to have EMB Mortgage originate all of our mortgage loan business, and we expect to dramatically increase our mortgage loan volume,” said Bill Combs, vice president of lending and administration at the credit union.
The credit union has eight branch offices throughout Southern California and more than 45,000 members.
Stock for EMB Corp., a Costa Mesa mortgage services firm, fell 6 cents a share in Nasdaq trading to close at $1.75 on Friday.
