PNB Financial Group: The Newport Beach parent company of Pacific National Bank reported that net income rose 10% for the third quarter to $803,000, or 35 cents a share, from $728,000, or 32 cents a share, for the 1995 third quarter. Net income for the nine-month period was $2.6 million, or $1.11 a share, 73% higher than the $1.5 million, or 66 cents a share, posted a year ago. Total assets rose 11% to $185.5 million, from $167.4 million.
