Trolley Plaza Signs Three New Tenants

The Trolley Plaza, a 36,000-square-foot retail and office complex next to Oxnard Airport, has three new tenants.

Network Cellular, a cellular phone and paging service, is celebrating its grand opening at Trolley Plaza. Beneficial California Inc., which specializes in personal and residential mortgage loans, has moved its Port Hueneme offices to the plaza.

And Burnwall Clinic, which has provided physical therapy and rehabilitation services for more than 20 years, has doubled the size of its Oxnard facility by moving to the plaza.

Trolley Plaza, at the corner of Ventura Road and 5th Street, was developed by Raznick & Sons. One of its major tenants is McDonald’s restaurant.

Available retail space ranges from 675 to 10,000 square feet.
