ISX Corp. Will Expand Office Space by 25%

ISX Corp., a software engineering company in Westlake Village, has signed a new lease that will expand its space in the Westlake Spectrum office by more than 25%.

The 4 1/2-year lease, for $450,000, gives ISX 18,000 square feet from the 14,000 it previously occupied. ISX employs about 45 people at the site.

Westcord Westoaks Commercial Group represented both ISX and Weyerhauser, the landlord, in the lease transaction.
